Physical Therapy
All Step Count is looking for a Physical Therapist specialist to join our team! We are a pediatric therapy company focusing on Early Intervention with therapy being done in the home.
Our team consists of Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Infant Toddler Developmental Specialists.
We are looking to hire therapists throughout North Florida and West Central to provide Early Intervention home therapy under the Early Steps program to patients in your area.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a foundation of knowledge regarding pediatric development, behavior modification and parent training.
Therapists will work as part of a comprehensive multidisciplinary team in order to provide screenings, assessments, planning, and on-going services in collaboration with the child’s family and others providers
When hired, you will designate which zip codes you are willing to travel to. We will manage all necessary credentialing needs. Participation in Early Steps training programs will be required on occasion.
1. Enrollment as a provider in the Early Steps program is preferred, but not required.
2. We will manage all necessary credentialing needs. However, participation in Early Steps training programs will be required on occasion.
3. Hold an active FL DOH license in Physical Therapy. Fill out the certificate of experience provided here.
4. Have two years pediatric experience, ages 0 – 5 years (if not already an Early Steps provider)
5. Have reliable transportation to travel between patient’s houses.
6. Willing to complete the CMS Early Steps Orientation modules not later than 3 weeks after
being hired.
7. Willing to complete 15 hours shadowing All Steps Count current providers.
8. After being hired all providers are required to complete the the following trainings through
Early Steps:
– FL-EPIC Training (Note – Services provided in a clinic setting and/or providers only providing consultation are exempt from this training).
– New Provider Orientation Training Child Outcome Summary (COS).
– Authentic Assessment Tools Including Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System
for Infants and Children (AEPS).
– Individualize Family Support Plan (IFSP) Training.
